To get started hover over forms in the navigation menu and go to New Form

It should send you to a page that looks like this. Give it a name and a description and then click create form.

It should take you to a page that looks like this. As you can see on the right you have different fields that you can add to your form. You have a standard, advance, post, and pricing fields.

To add a field to the form all you must do is pick a field that you want and drag it to the left as you can see in the image below. I’m dragging over a single line text field for this example.  

The other way to add a form is to just click on it and then and then click where you want to place it.

Now you can see that you have an untitled form.

To edit the filed click on it and it will allow you to edit it. As you can see, I can go to general, appearance, or advance editing options.

In general, you can give your new field a label, a description of what this field is, put a maximum character limit and so on. For this example, I’m going to name my field Name.

In appearance it allows you to change how the field looks giving you the option to add a placeholder, change the field size and so on.

The custom CSS class allows you to move fields next to each other. For example, I made a new field called Another. if I wanted to move Another next to Name I would put the css class gf_left_half in the first field which is “name” and then put the class gf_right_half in the second field which is “another”. Then click update and then click preview to see what the form would look like.

As you can see Another is next to Name.

To add a form to your page go to the page that you want to edit and then click the Add Form button.

Find the form that you want to use and then click insert form.

And now your form has been added to your page.
