Consulting Service

  • Non-refundable if already performed; if not yet performed, refundable within 30 days of the transaction date.

Hosting Service

  • Non-refundable if already performed; if not yet performed, refundable within 30 days of the transaction date.

Website Services

  • Non-refundable after 30 days of the transaction date. Website design and build is considered completed 180 days from the transaction date and not eligible for a refund thereafter.

Branding, Design, Edits

  • Non-refundable once delivered or within 30 days of the transaction date.

Website Hosting, Website Maintenance and Marketing Services

  • Non-refundable if the plan has been used during the billing period.

Marketing Services

  • Cancelled and ineligible for a refund after 30 days of no customer contact.

SEO Management Services

  • Full refund of remaining months if canceled within 30 days of the transaction date to the original payment method. No refund for days leading up to the cancellation request.
  • If canceled after 30 days, you are responsible for the current month and receive a 50% prorated refund for any remaining unused months.

Social Media Management

  • Non-refundable for present or past months.
  • Full refund available if cancelled and requested within 48 hours of purchase or renewal.
