Contact forms are a great way to have users get in touch with you.
This is the tutorial video. Below it are the written steps.
open a new form
Within the dashboard, go over to the navigation menu, hover over forms, and then click on new forms.
Give your new Form a name
From here give your new Form a name and then a description (the description isn’t required). Once you have done that click create form.
Start creating form
Once you are on this page you can start making your form.
Go over to the left side of the screen. You should see 4 drop-down menus. The first menu that we want is advance fields. So, click on it to open the menu.
First, you want to click on name and then add it to your form. To do that you either can click on name and drag it over to the left or just click on it once and it will appear on the left.
Once you have done that add email by doing the same thing you did to add name.
Add paragraph text field
Once you have done that open the standard field dropdown menu and click on paragraph text to add it to the form.
Go over where paragraph text is on the left and click on it. It will open up an editing menu.
Here we want to change the field label from untitled to message because this field is where the person who wants to contact you will write their message.
Write place holder
Once you have done that click on the appearance tab within the paragraph field and then in place holder write “questions or concerns”.
Click update.
Once you are done click update.
Set up where the contact form is sent
To set up where the contact form is sent when a person clicks submit. Hover over where it says setting and then click on notifications.
It should take you to a page that looks like this. As you can see the contact would be sent to the admin. But if we want to have it sent to a different person click add new.
It will take you to a page that looks like this.
Fill out the required information and then click on Save Notification.
You have now made a new place to send the form.
Now you can see I now have the form going to the new one I made and the admin. You have now finished creating your contact form. So now the question is how do you add a form to a page?
Add form to the page
To add it to a page, go to a page that you want to add the form to and then click on add form.
Select the form you want to use.
Once you have done that click insert form and that form will be added to that page. And now you are done.
