The Louisville Thoroughbred Society is a private, members-only club located in the Hughes Building in Louisville’s downtown historic district. The club is for Thoroughbred enthusiasts and their guests. The Society was formed by a group of local investors and was first announced back in the Spring of 2017. Today, the plans to develop and operate a private, members-only club have become a reality as building construction is well underway. The Louisville Thoroughbred Society is scheduled to open late 2019.
The new, private club will provide its members with exclusive events, dining and televised sporting events which include Thoroughbred racing. The elegant designs of The Louisville Thoroughbred Society will provide members with an upscale atmosphere when spending an evening downtown. There will even be a rooftop terrace and cigar bar with a walk-in humidor. Unlike other private clubs in the Thoroughbred industry that limit membership to jockeys, owners and trainers, The Louisville Thoroughbred Society is open to all who love the Thoroughbred community.
The Louisville Thoroughbred Society uses its website to engage with potential members. People can view recent updates to the building’s construction as well as artist renditions of what the space will look like once it is completed. MoDuetworked with the Club to completely re-design the website. The result is an inviting window into the new location and encourages potential members to join by completing the simple online application. All who love the Thoroughbred industry are encouraged to join.
In addition to the website, MoDuet worked with The Louisville Thoroughbred Society and developed a member only app that can be downloaded from Google Play and iTunes. This mobile app allows existing members to stay connected with the club and other members. When the club opens, the app will be used to make reservations for club events as well as receive exclusive member notifications.
MoDuet is excited to work with The Louisville Thoroughbred Society and is looking forward to the ribbon cutting later this year.
